Clean & Sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials.  It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.

Step 1:  First, weigh out and mix the baking soda, Epsom salt, corn starch, kaolin clay, and powdered buttermilk.  You will need to break up any clumps you find in the mixture.
Step 2:  Next, melt the shea butter, mango butter, and jojoba oil.  Mix thoroughly to be sure everything is completely blended.
Step 3:  Now, add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.  Once again, mix to fully blend all of the ingredients.

Step 4:  Then, add the Glacier Falls Type Fragrance Oil and Da Bomb Soap Dye in blue.  Use your hands to mix the ingredients together.
Step 5:  Begin adding the citric acid, mixing it in using your hands.  Next, mist your mixture with witch hazel while mixing.  Once you have a dough like consistency, start forming cookies.  You want to pack them tightly so that they do not crumble. Place them on a silicone mat or wax paper.  Allow them to harden.
Step 6:  Prepare your whipped frosting.  First, whip the whipped soap base using a hand held mixer.  Then, add the vegetable glycerin and Glacier Falls Type Fragrance Oil.  Again, mix using your hand mixer to blend the ingredients together.
Step 7:  Now, melt your shea butter mp soap in your microwave in 30-second intervals until it is in a fluid state.  Once melted, add it to the whipped soap base and use the hand mixer to blend it to a whipped frosting consistency.
Step 8:  Quickly frost your cookies and add sprinkles.
Step 9:  Add just a hint of diamond dust mica to each cookie.
