230 grams Sodium Bicarbonate- Baking Soda
112 grams Cream of Tartar
36 grams Corn Starch
100 grams Vegetable Glycerin
12 grams Macadamia Nut Oil
7 grams Sour Watermelon Candy Fragrance Oil
5 grams Vitamin E Oil
2 drops Kelly Green FUN Soap Colorant
10 drops Neon Green FUN Soap Colorant
10 drops Neon Pink FUN Soap Colorant
5 drops Tomato Red FUN Soap Colorant
Clean & Sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, an apron, gloves, a face mask, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.
Step 1: First, we will prepare our dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl add the Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Baking Soda, 112 grams Cream of Tartar, and 36 grams Corn Starch. Mix well, using your hands to break up any clumps.
Step 2: Next, in a separate bowl, weigh out and mix your wet ingredients. In a mixing bowl, blend 100 grams vegetable glycerin, 12 grams macadamia nut oil, 5 grams vitamin E oil, and 7 grams Sour Watermelon Candy Fragrance Oil.
Step 3: Then, add your wet ingredients to the bowl containing the dry ingredients. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together. Divide the dough into three equal parts and put each of them into separate bowls.
Step 4: For the next step, set the first bowl aside. This will be our white portion. Next, add 5 drops of the Tomato Red colorant and 10 drops of the Neon Pink colorant to the second bowl. Mix the color by using your hands and rolling it into a pink ball. To the third bowl, add 2 drops of the Kelly Green colorant and 10 drops of the Neon Green colorant. Mix with your hands and roll it into a green ball.
Step 5: Now, pack the three mixtures of bubble bar dough into the bowl. Place the white dough in the center, the pink on one side of the white, and the green on the other side of the white dough. Press each ball of dough tightly into the bowl.
Step 6: Then, use your stainless steel scoop to scoop out the bubble bar dough. Start on the pink side of the bowl and work your way over to the green dough scooping across the bowl. Make sure to get all three colors in each scoop. Place the scoops on your flexible silicone mat.
Step 7: Sprinkle your bubble bars with the poppy seeds. Finally, allow your watermelon bubble bars to set up undisturbed for 24-48 hours.
Your Watermelon Bubble Bars are now ready to use! To use your bubble bars, simply crumble a couple of scoops under your running bath water.
