Step 1:  Prepare your work area. In a pouring pot, weigh out 288 grams of the Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax.
Step 2:  To the pouring pot, add a small amount of the red color block.  You will use less than 1 gram of the block.  Place the pouring pot in a double boiler.  Melt the wax to 195F.  Stir to blend the colorant.
Step 3:  Once your wax is melted, allow the temperature to drop to 180F.  Add 28 grams of the Pink Sugar Type Fragrance Oil.  Stir.
Step 4:  Next, pour the melted wax into the 12 cavities of the silicone mini muffin mold.  Allow the wax to fully set up before moving to the next step.
Step 5:  Next, weigh out 240 grams of Joy Wax.  Using a double-boiler, melt to 200F.  Allow the temperature to drop to 175-170F and add 24 grams of the Pink Sugar Type Fragrance Oil and mix well.
Step 6:  Once the temperature of the Joy Wax has dropped to 165-160F use a hand mixer to whip the wax until you achieve a whipped frosting consistency.
Step 7:  Top each of the pink bases with some of the whipped wax.  Sprinkle each cupcake with pink sprinkles.
Step 8:  Once the wax melts have finished setting up, remove them from the mold.  Allow them to cure before using.
