This recipe is best prepared in non-humid climates.
Before you start, clean and sanitize your work area as well as all of your packaging materials. We also suggest wearing gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while creating this bath fizzy recipe. In addition, prepare your spray bottle, filling it with witch hazel.
Step 1: First, get out a large mixing bowl and scale. Weigh out the citric acid, baking soda, SLSA, and kaolin white clay powder. Break the powders up with your hands until there are no clumps.
Step 2: Next, take out a separate bowl. Melt 30 grams of Palm Oil. Once melted, add 15 grams of Rainbow Fragrance Oil.
Step 3: At this time, you can add the oils to the powders and mix everything together thoroughly, using your hands once again.
Step 4: Spray the mixture with your witch hazel, mixing it up until the mixture becomes the consistency of crumbly dough.
Step 5: Then, you will need to grab six other bowls. Divide the mixture into seven equal portions, keeping one in your current bowl. Add a different soap colorant into each of the bowls. The colors in the separate bowls will be Neon Pink, Neon Orange, Neon Yellow, Neon Green, Neon Blue, and Ultramarine Violet. The mixture in the seventh bowl will remain white. Mix the colorant into each individual mixture until evenly dispersed.
Step 6: Now, grab the two halves of your bath bomb molds. Scoop a small portion of white into each half of every mold. We will layer the remainder of the mixtures. In one half of the molds, layer the violet, blue, and green. In the other half of the molds, layer pink, orange, and yellow. Pack the mixtures in tightly. Spray each half with witch hazel before attaching the halves.
Step 7: Allow your bath bombs to set up. Slowly release them from the molds when they are done. You can also leave them right in the molds for easy packaging.
Your Unicorn Bath Fizzies are now ready to use in the bath! We hope that you enjoy!
