You can use our titanium dioxide powder for many of your homemade creations to give them that professional look. Titanium dioxide is cosmetically safe for lips, face, eyes, and nails. Please note our titanium dioxide powder is not micronized, and it is oil and water dispersible. Pound bags are packaged in bags and not jars.

Here are some ways you can use our titanium dioxide powder:

Added to melted candle wax to make the candle whiter
As the matte base of mineral makeup formulations
In cold process soap recipes (no more than 1 tsp per lb of soap product)
In melt and pour soap recipes (no more than 1 tsp per lb of soap product)

When using titanium dioxide in candle wax, only use it for overdips. Titanium dioxide will clog wicks if used in the interior of a candle. Typical usage of titanium dioxide for dipped candles is 1% titanium dioxide to 3%-6% stearic acid.
