Fragrance Testing -Performance in Various Applications-  Teaberry Wholesale Fragrance Oil:  Note: Our testing notes should never take the place of your own personal testing.  Always test fragrance in all applications.  We do not take responsibility for our test results differing from your test results.  Natures Garden is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients.  Cold process soap testing was done by our staff using strict controls. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Soaping at room temperature can help to reduce the likelihood of accelerated trace.  Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla.  However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products.

Made CP soap with this. No discoloration or ricing but no one likes the scent. My customers and I both agree that it smells like Ben Gay ointment or Icy Hot. Not a good scent either way.

I love Teaberry gum, so had to try this. I made a test batch and it immediately started to rice. Managed to hand stir that out, but the fragrance faded after cure. Made another batch at much cooler temps and mixed with a minty FO. We have a WINNER!! 5 stars for fragrance, but took away some because it rices so bad. NG does warn that it's not recommended for CP soap, but I say give it a whirl.
