Step 2: Once the soap is melted add 2 grams of pink fun soap colorant. Also, add 7 grams of lemon fragrance oil. Stir well to incorporate the ingredients.
Step 3: Now pour the pink soap into one cavity of the cupcake mold. Then spray with rubbing alcohol to release any air bubbles. Pour the remaining soap batter into one cavity of the Peeps silicone soap mold. Again spray with rubbing alcohol to release any air bubbles.
Step 4: Next prepare the yellow soap. Weigh out 153 grams of melt and pour soap. Then use the microwave to melt it and 30-second intervals.
Step 5: Once melted add 7 grams of lemon fragrance oil and one gram of the fun soap colorant neon yellow. Stir to mix in the color and fragrance.
Step 6: Now pour the melted yellow soap into one cavity of the cupcake soap mold and the remaining soap into one cavity of the Peeps silicone mold. Spray the back with rubbing alcohol to release any air bubbles.
Step 7: Once they have set up remove your Peeps from the mold. Then spray them with rubbing alcohol. While they are still wet sprinkle them with sugar, cover the entire Peep with sugar. Set these aside, for now, we will use them later to top your cupcakes.
Step 8: Prepare the topping for the cupcakes. First, we will prepare the whipped soap base. In a medium sized mixing bowl weigh out 215 grams of whipped soap base. Use a hand mixer to whip the soap to a fluffy consistency. Set this aside for a moment we will come back to it.
Step 9: In a separate bowl weigh out 215 grams of melt and pour soap. Melt the soap in a microwave in 30-second intervals. Once melted add 21 grams of vegetable glycerin and 21 grams of lemon fragrance oil. Mix to incorporate the ingredients.
Step 10: Now add the melted soap to the bowl that contains the whipped soap base. Use a hand mixer to mix the soap to a fluffy frosting like consistency.
Step 11: Next, spray your cupcake bases with rubbing alcohol and quickly add the whipped soap frosting using a spoon or rubber spatula. You want it to look like frosting on top of a cupcake.
Step 12: Now add the Peeps prepared earlier to the top of the two cupcakes. We chose to add a pink Peep to the yellow base and yellow Peep to the pink base. However, you can use any combination of colors you choose.
Step 13: Finally, sprinkle your cupcakes with decorating sprinkles. Then remove them from the molds. Your Peeps cupcake soaps are now ready to use.
