Clean and sanitize your work area and all of your packaging materials. It is suggested that you wear gloves, protective clothing, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.

Step 1:  First, weigh out your coconut oil, avocado oil, mango butter, shea butter, silky emulsifying wax, and your white beeswax.  Using a double boiler melt them.  As they are melting, stir occasionally.

Step 2:  While you are waiting for ingredients to melt, you can prepare your lemon peel and orange peel powders.  In one small bowl, add 3 grams of lemon peel powder and 8 grams vegetable glycerin and mix.  In a second bowl, add 3 grams orange peel powder and 8 grams vegetable glycerin.  Mix.  Set these aside, we will come back to them.

Step 3:  Once your oils are melted, remove them from your double boiler.  Allow the temperature of your melted mixture to drop to 120F and add the optiphen preservative, vitamin E oil, Hawaiian Splash fragrance oil and Vanilla White Color Stabilizer.  Stir to incorporate the ingredients.

Step 4:  Next, add the granulated sugar and SCI.  Then, divide the mixture in half.

Step 5:  To one half, mix in the lemon peel powder you prepared and the neon blue colorant.  Then, to the second half, mix in the neon orange colorant and the orange peel powder.

Step 6:  Finally, add the scrub to the jar.  Begin with the orange scrub.  Pour a small amount in each jar.  Then, pour some of the blue scrub into the jar.  Repeat this process to layer the scrub in the jar until you have filled each jar.  Place a lid on the jar.
