Step 1: First, we will prepare the wax that will be used for the very center of the flower embeds. Use a double boiler to melt 0.25 ounces of Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax. Once melted, add a very small amount of a yellow color block. Stir to incorporate the colorant. Since it was a very small amount of candle wax, we chose to leave it unscented. Using a disposable pipette place the yellow candle wax in the daisies embed mold, filling only the center of each flower.
Step 2: Next, we will prepare the white portion of the flower. The white candle wax will be poured into the mold directly on top of the yellow wax. So, using a double boiler, melt 4.5 ounces of the Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax. Add a small portion of a white color block and mix to incorporate the colorant. Add 0.45 ounces of Dreama Fragrance Oil to the wax and stir. Finally, pour the white candle wax into the embed mold, filling it completely. Allow these to setup before removing them from the mold.
Step 3: Now, we will melt the wax that we will be using for the base of the wax melts. This time we will use palm wax. So, once again, in a pouring pot and double boiler, melt 13.5 ounces of palm pillar wax. Add a small amount of a bayberry color block. Stir to incorporate the color. Also, add 1.35 ounces of the Dreama Fragrance Oil. Once again stir. Finally, we will pour them into the portion cups. However, you want to leave room for the daisy embeds. So, fill the cups just slightly over ¾ of the way full.
Step 4: Now, we will place the flower embeds. You do not want the wax to be completely setup. Simply wait until the wax is still soft at the surface but not so soft that your embeds will sink. Then, place a daisy embed in the center of each base and allow them to finish setting up.
Your Dreama Wax Melts are ready to use once they have cured! Simply place a wax tart in your burner and allow the floral aroma to fill the air!
