Total Recipe Amounts:
229 grams Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate
226 grams Sodium Bicarbonate- Baking Soda
145 grams Corn Starch
6 grams Kaolin White Clay Powder
10 grams Xanthum Gum
30 grams Vegetable Glycerin
70 grams Shea Butter
30 grams Mango Butter
10 grams Avocado Oil
23 grams Dreama Fragrance Oil
2 drops Yellow Oxide FUN Soap Colorant
3 drops Neon Yellow FUN Soap Colorant
9 drops Neon Green FUN Soap Colorant
6 drops Kelly Green FUN Soap Colorant
Clean and sanitize your work area and all of your utensils. We suggest that you wear gloves, an apron, a face mask, and a hair net while preparing this recipe.
Step 1: Begin by preparing your dry ingredients. In a deep mixing bowl, add your baking soda, sodium cocoyl isethionate, xanthum gum, kaolin clay powder, and corn starch. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together. Make sure you break up any clumps you find in the mixture.
Step 2: Now, to a mixing bowl, add the vegetable glycerin along with the avocado oil and Dreama fragrance oil. Then, melt both the shea butter and mango butter and add them to this bowl.
Step 3: Next, add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients. Once again, use your hands to mix the ingredients together. Keep mixing until you have a dough consistency.
Step 4: Begin separating your dough. Place one ounce of dough in a small bowl. To this bowl add both the neon yellow and yellow oxide FUN Soap Colorants. Use your hands to mix the colorant into the dough. Set this portion aside, it will be used later as the center of each flower.
Step 5: Next, you will need about 200 grams of the bubble bar dough to be used for the petals of the flowers in this recipe. So, with clean hands, weigh out about 200 grams of the dough.
Step 6: The dough that is remaining in your bowl will be used for the green bases. So, add the neon green soap colorant and Kelly green soap colorant to the dough remaining in this bowl.
Step 7: Next, you will need the silicone muffin mold. This recipe will fill 5 cavities. Fill each of the five cavities about ¾ of the way full with the green bubble bar dough.
Step 8: Now, we will form the center of the flower. So, in the center of each green base, place a small ball of yellow dough. It should be about the diameter of a dime.
Step 9: At this time, you will need to create the flower petals. We used about 8 grams of white bubble bar dough for each petal. To form a petal with the dough, start with an oval shape. Then, press it gently onto your green base and use your finger to shape the petal by pressing lightly at the center near the yellow circle. Then, fan it out a bit towards the exterior of the mold until you are satisfied with your petal. Repeat this process placing five petals on each base.
Step 10: Allow your bubble bars to completely setup before removing them from the mold.
Your Dreama Bubble Bars are now ready to use! Crumble your bubble bar under your warm running bath water to use it.
