Step 1: Prepare the cake base. Weigh out and melt the Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax to 195F. Once melted, add the brown candle colorant. Stir.
Step 2: Once the temperature of the wax reaches 180F, add the Chocolate Raspberry Drizzle Fragrance Oil. Stir.
Step 3: Place your cake pan in front of you. Add a wick pin, centering it in the pan. Pour the wax into the mold at 175F. Allow the wax to set up.
Step 4: While you are waiting, prepare the raspberries. In a clean pouring pot, weigh out and melt the Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax to 195F. Add the magenta candle dye. Stir.
Step 5: Once the temperature drops to 180F, add the Chocolate Raspberry Drizzle Fragrance Oil. Stir.
Step 6: Allow the temperature of the wax to drop to 175F. Pour the wax into the raspberries mold. You will need five raspberries. Allow them to set up and remove them from the mold. Set these aside for a later step.
Step 7: When your cake base has set up, remove it from the mold and prepare the drizzle. Weigh out and melt the Joy Wax to 200F. Add the black and brown candle dyes. Stir.
Step 8: At 165F, pour a small portion of the wax around the center of the candle. Use a spoon to spread it across the top of the entire base. Create vertical drips down the side of the cake base with the remaining wax using a pipette.
Step 9: Prepare the piped Joy Wax. Weigh out and melt the Joy Wax. Melt the wax to 200F. Add the Natures Friendly Liquid Candle Dyes. Stir.
Step 10: As the wax is cooling, use the hand mixer to whip it. Continue to whip the wax until it reaches a whipped cream consistency.
Step 11: Place the wax in a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe a ring of stars around the entire top perimeter of the cake.
Step 12: Then, pipe five stars inside the ring you created. These will be used to hold the raspberries in place. You want them to be evenly spaced. Place a raspberry on top of each of the stars you piped.
