Total Recipe Weights:
96 grams Organic Cocoa Powder
224 grams Bentonite Clay Powder
24 drops Vitamin E Oil
12 grams Vegetable Glycerin
Step 1: In a medium sized bowl, begin by weighing out 96 grams of your organic cocoa powder using your scale.
Step 2: Next, to the same bowl, add 224 grams of your bentonite clay powder. Fully mix the ingredients making sure everything is evenly dispersed.
Step 3: With a disposable pipette, add 24 drops of vitamin e oil.
Step 4: Finally, using a spoon or spatula, mix the ingredients together.
Step 5: Your powdered portion is now finished. Carefully, scoop the powder into your 4 ounce jars. Place a lid on each of your jars.
Step 6: Now, add 24 grams of the vegetable glycerin to each of your four 1 oz. clear bullet bottles. Place a white disc top lid on each of the bottles.
Step 7: When using your chocolate facial mask you will need a small mixing bowl. Then, add one tablespoon of the powdered mixture, two tablespoons of water, and about 1/2 teaspoon of your vegetable glycerin. Mix well. Note: We chose to package the powder and glycerin separately. Since you are creating the mask without the water, you will not need to add a preservative. Each four ounce jar will create approximately 8 facial masks.
Step 8: Now, apply a thin layer of the mask to your face. Allow the it to harden. Then, rinse with warm water.
