Step 1: Prepare your lye solution. Allow the lye solution to cool to room temperature.
Step 2: While you are waiting for your lye solution to cool, prepare your soaping oils. Once your oils are melted, allow them to cool to room temperature.
Step 3: While you are waiting for your oils and lye solution to cool, prepare the colorants listed above.
Step 4: When both the soaping oils and the lye solution are at room temperature, combine them. Next, stick blend the soap batter to emulsify the ingredients. Then, add the Aruba Shores Fragrance Oil. Once again, stick blend your soap batter to incorporate the scent.
Step 5: To a small bowl, add 210 grams of the soap batter. Then, divide the remaining soap batter into 3 equal portions.
Step 6: Begin with the small portion. This will be the sand portion. Add the yellow oxide FUN Soap Colorant. Stick blend until the soap batter reaches a thick trace. Add the pumice. Stir with a rubber spatula. Prop your mold up to about a 45 degree angle. Pour the soap in along one edge of the mold. Set the mold aside, for now.
Step 7: To one of the three bowls containing equal portions, add the titanium dioxide mixture. Next, add the colorant for the blue soap batter to the second bowl. Finally, add the colorant for the teal soap batter to the last bowl. Stick blend the contents of each bowl.
Step 8: Place your mold in front of you vertically. Begin by pouring some of the blue soap batter down the length of the right side of the mold. Repeat this process with the teal batter. Then, pour about half as much white as you did the other colors. Continue pouring down the length of the soap mold in this color pattern, this time pouring soap layers in a zig-zag pattern. Repeat this process until you have just a small amount of each color of soap batter left.
Step 9: To create the wave on the top of the soap, you will need to first create a line of blue down the right half of the mold using the remaining blue. On top of this blue soap batter, place a line of teal in the same manner. Add the remaining white soap batter to the left side.
Step 10: Next, you will need a stainless steel spoon. Place the spoon in the teal soap batter. Press down slightly so the spoon is in both the blue and teal soap batter. Pull the spoon towards the white soap batter. Then, pull up and around a bit to create a wave pattern.
Step 11: Once the soap has set up, remove it from the mold. Slice the soap and allow it to cure.
