Sodium Bicarbonate- Baking Soda USP
Sodium Bicarbonate, also called baking soda, is a natural alkaline that is used in cosmetic formulations and cleaning formulas to lift dirt, and remove oils. Baking soda is combined with citric acid to make bath bombs. Baking soda can be used with borax and soap to make laundry detergent and dish washer detergent. Baking soda is also used in other natural household cleaner formulas. Baking soda has natural deodorizing qualities. Using baking soda in your bathtub will leave your skin soft and silky feeling. It also has the same affect on your hair when used in a rinse.
