Other Ingredients & Equipment You'll Need:

1- 16 oz. Glass Apothecary Jar
(3) Ziplock bags for mixing colored wax
Hot Glue Gun
Disposable Spoons

Step 1: Use a hot glue gun to attach two CD-12 wicks to the bottom of your apothecary jar.  You will need the wicks to be spaced apart equally.

Step 2:  Prepare three Ziplock bags.  In each bag, place 120 grams of Natures Garden’s Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax.

Step 3:  Next, to each of the three Ziplock bags, add 12 grams of Nature’s Garden Bacon Fragrance Oil.

Step 4:  It is time to add the Spectrum Color Dye to your candle wax bags:

Bag 1- 1 drop of Spectrum Liquid Candle Dye- Red and 1 drop of Spectrum Liquid Candle Dye- Brown.  This will be your dark red.
Bag 2- Dip the toothpick tip into the red candle dye and work this into the wax.  Repeat one more time with the red candle dye.  Then, dip a toothpick into the brown dye one time and work this into the wax.  This will be your light pink.
Bag 3- You do not need to add any color to this bag.

Step 5: Next, it is time to mix ingredients together.  Simply seal the zipper of the bag closed, and shake, shake, shake until everything is completely mixed.  Repeat this step for each bag.

Step 6:  For this step you will need 3 disposable spoons, begin with the uncolored wax. Place the wax in one of the jar's bottom edges.  Create a thin line of uncolored, bacon scented wax.  Repeat this step, using the light pink colored wax.  Lastly, follow with the dark red wax.

Step 7:  You simply need to repeat step 6 until you fill the jar.  As you create the layers in the candle jar, you want it to resemble the look of bacon.  Also, make sure you keep you wicks centered in the jar as you fill the container.

Step 8:  Once your candle jar is filled, straighten your wicks one last time.  Using a pencil, take the excess wick and wrap it around the pencil to make a curl.  Repeat for both wicks.
