Description

Apple Butter Pie Fragrance Oil

This fragrance oil by Natures Garden is one where we've taken a family favorite recipe and had our perfumist create a scent that is reminiscent.  Apple butter pie is an amazing fragrance that reminds us of our grandma's southern baking while on trips to Tennessee.  The perfect arrangement of tart pie apples, apple butter, evaporated milk, cinnamon, and buttery, flakey pie crust.  An NG Original Scent!  A Best Seller!

Top Notes:  tart apples
Mid Notes:  evaporated milk, cinnamon, clove
Base Notes:  churned butter, pie crust

We've even provided you with the recipe so that you can enjoy this pie too!

  • 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell

Directions:  Combine apple butter, egg, sugar, flour and milk in a bowl and mix well. Pour into the pie shell; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F; bake 35 minutes more or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator.  Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a real treat!

I tried this fragrance twice in cold process and was so very disappointed both times. IT smells amazing so might be good in other items but in cp it it accelerates really bad, it rice's, and separates horribly. I got this scent for my soaps that look like desserts and a fall soap. The first time it accelerated really quick and as I poured it into my mold I saw the riceing and separation happening so I put it back in my bowl and mixed for a few minutes and it came back together so I didn't worry about it and after in the mold about an hour later I saw there was oil just sitting on top which eventually soaked back in and everything was fine. So my second batch I was ready for all this to happen again and worked around it but this time I mixed for 10 minutes and it would not come back together, I walked away and came back to try to mix it some more but it would not come together. I am so disappointed that I spent the money for this and that it says it doesn't have any of the issues that I ran into when it so clearly does.

Separated like crazy

This is the worst FO I have ever used - it basically separated the whole mixtures and never blended well at all. this is not recommendable for CP and nature’s garden should remove that from CP results - waste of raw material ingredients and FO
