Our BTMS 25 emulsifier makes a great addition to a range of different hair care and skin care products. Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol is a natural, conditioning emulsifier that is naturally derived from Colza oil. Some of its unique characteristics include being gentle on skin and hair and creating a soft, powdery feel when used in making creams and lotions. BTMS can also be used to emulsify some silicones. We recommend using concentrations between 1% and 10% for best results.
